IDEAX has created a very unique tokenomics model that will empower both $UCM and $IDEAX token holders with the ability to own equity within the IDEAX business and/or within one of your favourite global startups that IDEAX represents.

• We will create 1,000x IDEAX NFTs that can be swapped for - IDEAX equity, Startup equity and/or $UCM/$IDEAX tokens.

• The new IDEAX NFTs will be available for sale from July 2023.

• Initial starting value to be determined for the first 100x NFTs.

• We will then keep introducing batches of 100x NFTs once the previous lot have sold out

• Each new round (100) of NFTs will naturally command a significant premium from the first round so early-adopters will benefit significantly once these are available for purchase.
